The February Revolution in foreign tabloids

The Italian magazine “La Tribuna Illustrata” No. 13 for April 1-8, 1917, tells and illustrates.

“The first day of the Russian revolution.

“One of the most remarkable moments in the beginning of the Russian revolution was the clash between the military and police. The rebelling soldiers captured armored cars, with which they began to hunt policemen. They tried to resist, opening a stern fire from machine guns. The battle lasted for a while. Several police took refuge on the roofs of homes, where they continued firing machine guns.”
